My brother just moved into Atlantic Square, and I have to say - Mario has been amazing! From day one, he’s been super helpful, answering all our questions and making sure the move-in process went smoothly. Every time I stop by, he’s right there with a friendly greeting and great attitude. It’s rare to find someone so professional, patient, and genuinely caring about residents’ experiences. 10/10 — Mario , you’re doing an outstanding job!

From the moment I arrived, I could tell this property takes service seriously. Xavier greeted me warmly in the lobby, Wendy was kind and welcoming, and Nicole provided an outstanding, professional tour that exceeded all expectations. Every interaction was genuine, thoughtful, and handled with care. Service always starts at the top, and it’s clear that Alexander the property manager sets the tone for his team. My boyfriend just moved into this new apartment, and from the very beginning, the entire process was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to Wendy, the leasing agent. She was truly the absolute best! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. She took her time to answer every single question, gave us a full tour, and made sure we understood everything about the leasing process. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. I just moved into my new apartment and I’m honestly in love with this place! Everything looks brand new, the space feels cozy and modern, and the building itself has such a nice atmosphere. It already feels like home. I have to give a huge shoutout to Wendy, my leasing agent, because she made this whole experience amazing from the start. She was so friendly, welcoming, and really went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She always answered my questions right away and made the entire move-in process super smooth. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, she’s not just doing her job, she’s making sure you’re happy and comfortable. Wendy is very professional . She’s incredible, she has been so helpful to me to find my new place and I’m so happy that I moved to this building and now she’s helping my friends to move in. Amenities, pool decks, gym and everything else were made with attention on details. I love the dog park, the outdoor gym. Also Wendy applied the promotion months free. I’m sure I made a good deal, and love my new apartment view. Thanks Wendy
